Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

Package Your Item
Place the original product in its original packaging and securely attach the shipping label to the outside of the box.

Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
